SNAPPY TUNA SALAD

Not only is this "snappy," it puts together in a "jiffy."

It's good as a sandwich with cheese (I like Feta) or as salad with hard boiled eggs and/or pasta.

Prep:

10 Min

Method:

No-Cook or Other

Ingredients

1 can(s)
tuna (in water or oil -- your choice)
2 Tbsp
celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
3/4 tsp
lemon pepper
1/2 tsp
lemon zest (optional)
1/4 c
macaroni or shell pasta, cooked and drained (optional)
1
hard boiled egg, chopped or sliced (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Combine drained tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon pepper in small bowl. Additional (optional) lemon zest brightens it even more.
2
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marry flavors.
3
This can be served as a sandwich, a plain tuna salad or (my favorite) add a sliced hard boiled egg and some cooked pasta and serve over a bed of lettuce.
