SNAPPY TUNA SALAD

Not only is this "snappy," it puts together in a "jiffy."

It's good as a sandwich with cheese (I like Feta) or as salad with hard boiled eggs and/or pasta.

No-Cook or Other

Ingredients

1 can(s)
tuna (in water or oil -- your choice)
2 Tbsp
celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
3/4 tsp
lemon pepper
1/2 tsp
lemon zest (optional)
1/4 c
macaroni or shell pasta, cooked and drained (optional)
1
hard boiled egg, chopped or sliced (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Combine drained tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon pepper in small bowl. Additional (optional) lemon zest brightens it even more.

2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marry flavors.

3This can be served as a sandwich, a plain tuna salad or (my favorite) add a sliced hard boiled egg and some cooked pasta and serve over a bed of lettuce.
