Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef or sausage
1
onion, chopped
2 tsp
minced garlic
1 can(s)
29 oz tomato sauce
1 can(s)
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 pkg
lasagna noodles, uncooked
12 oz
cottage cheese, small curd
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
16 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet cook meat, onion and garlic until brown. Drain. Add tomato sauce, paste, oregano. Cook until heated.
2Mix all the cheeses together
3Spoon layer of meat mixture onto the bottom of slow cooker. Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit the noodles in the slow cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese mixture. Repeat layering until everything is used.(3 layers). Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
