Simple & Easy Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is light and flavorful, perfect for the heat of summer and nice enough for any cookout, potluck event, or family dinner night. Even the kids will love it! Mine tested it, and its definitely family approved! Pairs great with barbecue chicken, or a nice steak.

Ingredients

1 box
rotini pasta
16 oz. bottle
italian dressing (will only use half of bottle)
2 medium
cucumber, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
4 medium
vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp
italian seasoning
4 oz
parmesan cheese, grated

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil pasta in lightly salted water for approximately 12 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and rinse.

Add all chioped vegetables and 1/2 the bottle of dressing to the bowl, and toss the pasta in. Add the parmesan cheese and italian seasoning, and give it a few good tosses and stirs.

Refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve!
