- 1 lbs. shrimp
- 8oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
1Saute onion in butter until soft,add flour.Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
2Add sour cream and soup,turn heat to medium low.
3Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes then add shrimp.
4Cook till shrimp are done,about 5 to 8 minutes.Serve over any pasta.
