Ingredients

1/2 lb
fettucine, uncooked
1 lb
thawed raw shrimp peeled and deveined
2-3 Tbsp
minced garlic
3-4 small
fresh sweet peppers red or yellow
3/4 c
chopped fresh green onions
2 dash(es)
italian seasoning
10-12 medium
sliced fresh grape tomato
5 Tbsp
evoo
4 Tbsp
salted butter
3 pinch
fresh chopped cilantra
salt and pepper to taste
asiago cheese, grated

Directions Step-By-Step

prepare pasta like normal. using water,3 tbsp evoo,pasta.when almost done, set aside 1 cup of water from pasta.
when done drain but don't rinse. return to pot and set aside.

melt butter in saucepan add 2 tbsp evoo, add garlic,onions,peppers, saute until tender. add 1 cup of broth from pasta. add tomatoes and seasonings. when tomatoes are almost done add shrimp and stir frequently until shrimp are nice and pink.

incorporate shrimp and mixture with the pasta and toss lightly.
serve topped with grated Asiago cheese
