Ingredients For seafood marinara

  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 8 oz
    lobster meat, fresh
  • 8 oz
    crab meat, fresh
  • 1 c
    clam juice
  • 2 jar
    marinara sauce
  • 2 pkg
    ravioli, cheese (i use buitoni - in refrigerated section)

How To Make seafood marinara

    In a large skillet, saute shrimp in oil untl shrimp are pink.

    In large saucepan, heat marinara to a slow boil. Add cooked shrimp, lobster & crab meat, stirring every 30 seconds. Add clam juice; cook & stir for 1 more minute.

    Cook ravioli according to package directions.

    In a large serving platter add seafood mixture & cooked raviolis; toss to coat.
