We really like this .I have had this recipe a long time .We love pasta.

Ingredients

7 to 9 oz
uncooked fettuccine or spaghetti
1 1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
flour
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1In unsalted water ,cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package.Drain rinse with hot water .In small sauce pan using wire whisk ,blend milk,flour,mustard and salt until smooth.Stir in cheese.Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sause is bubbly and thickened.Stiring freguently.Stir in pasrley.Pour over hot pasta.Toss to coat.makes 6 1/2 cup serving
