Ingredients For queso mac & cheese

  • 1 - 16 oz. pkg
    elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb
    velveeta, cut into 1/2" chunks
  • 1 - 10 oz. can
    ro*tel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make queso mac & cheese

    Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.

    Microwave velveeta & ro*tel in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. Stir in milk.

    Add macaroni to velveeta sauce; stir to evenly coat.
