How To Make picnic tuna pasta salad

  • 1
put macaroni on to boil, I drop my fresh peas in so they are partially done. Follow directions of pkg for time.

while pasta is boiling, place carrots, pepper rings, juice and onion into food processor. Chop to the consistency you desire. I like mine fine.
  • 3
In a large bowl, combine veggies from processor, mayo, herbs and slice grape tomatoes in half. Mix all together. If you like your pasta wet this is the right amount for you, if you like it drier, use less mayo. Drain and add tuna.

When pasta is done, drain and add to bowl. Stir well. you may eat warm or place in the fridge and serve it cold. Perfect to take along on a picnic or a potluck.
