This is a recipe I created by merging ingredients from other to make the right combination that suits our family.

Ingredients

SAUCE

1
onion, chopped
2 can(s)
(14.5 oz.) sliced stewed tomatoes
2 can(s)
(6 oz.) tomato paste
2 can(s)
(8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
3/4 tsp
oregano
1-2
bay leaves
add water to desired consistency

MEATBALLS

1 lb
hamburger
1 c
crushed onion/garlic croutons
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
2
eggs
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 c
milk
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix sauce ingredients together in large pot and cook for at least 2 hours.

Mix meatball ingredients together. Place foil on a large cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray. Form meatballs and place on cookie sheet. Bake in a 375ยบ until done. Add to sauce and continue to simmer. Remove bay leaves before serving.

NOTE: Three jars of spaghetti sauce can be substituted for the sauce ingredients.
