This is a very different pasta dish, but it is very tasty and very easy to prepare.

We like to serve it with steaks and a salad, especially when grilling and dinning outdoors.

Toss in some cooked shrimp to change it up a bit.

Ingredients

PASTA

1 lb
tortellini, spaghetti, linguini (your choice of pasta)

SAUCE

1/3 c
butter
2 oz
blue cheese, crumbled (roquefort cheese)
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
1/2 c
evaporated milk
1 Tbsp
fresh parmesan cheese, grated

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

cooked, crumbled bacon
cooked broccoli florets
blue cheese crumbles for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Cook the spaghetti noodles as directed on package, to aldente. Thouroughly rinse and drain, set aside.

2In the pan you boiled the pasta in: Melt the butter and add all the other ingredients, stirring constantly over medium - low heat. When the sauce is ready, add in the pasta, stirring constantly until heated and coated. Serve immediately!

3***Serve with a salad, garlic toast and a small steak.
