Pasta and Garlic

- 1/4 c
- olive oil, light
- 2 clove
- chopped garlic
- 2 small
- 1/2 c
- progresso bread crumbs
- 1/3 stick
- butter or margarine
- 1 lb
1Heat olive oil in a medium sized skilet.
Chop fresh onions and garlic and saute in hot oil.
Add salt, pepper, ground red pepper and parsley to taste.
2As garlic and onions begin to brown, add bread crumbs and butter/margine.
heat on low setting for about 8-10 minutes.
3Meanwhile bring spaghetti to boil.
Drain and mix in garlic sauce from the frying pan, making sure the spaghetti is evenly coated.
Sprinkle with parmesan or romano cheese and serve hot.
