How To Make orzo with spinach and pine nuts

1Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2Add garlic and saute 1 minute.

3Add 1-3/4 cups water, orzo, and salt, and bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

5Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients.
