OMG! PESTO CHEESE BAKED ZITI

NOT THE USUAL BAKED ZITI, THIS RECIPE IS A DEFINATE HIT FOR ANY PESTO OR CHEESE LOVER! I CAME UP WITH THIS BECAUSE I HAD NO TOMATO SAUCE ON HAND.

Ingredients

1 lb
ziti pasta
1 jar(s)
basil pesto
1 jar(s)
sundried tomato pesto
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
4 oz
goat cheese
1 pkg
queso fresco cheese
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
8 oz
ricotta cheese
chicken stock

Directions Step-By-Step

CROCK POT OR OVEN AT 350, THIS WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!

BOIL AND DRAIN PASTA.

IN A SEPARATE PAN, BLEND MUSHROOM SOUP, ADD A CAN OF CHICKEN STOCK.

ADD BOTH JARS OF PESTO-RINSE EACH JAR BY SHAKING SOME CHICKEN STOCK INTO THE JARS WITH LID CLOSED TO GET EVERY BIT OF PESTO!

ADD GARLIC.

WARM THROUGH.

IN A BAKING DISH, OR CROCK POT, ADD DRAINED PASTA & MIX IN ALL CHEESES.

POUR WARM SAUCE OVER PASTA AND STIR THOROUGHLY.

BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR CROCK POT FOR TWO HOURS. STIR ONCE DURING BAKING.
