Ingredients

1- 8 oz pkg. spaghetti
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs
11/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. blk. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 garlic cube, crushed
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*.
COOK SPAGHETTI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE, DRAIN.
IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX COTTAGE CHEESE,2 EGGS,SALT,PEPPER,CHEESE, SPAGHETTI.
TURN INTO A WELL BUTTERED 9 INCH PIE PLATE.
MIX 1 EGG WITH PARMESAN CHEESE SPREAD OVER SPAGHETTI MIXTURE.
BAKE,UNCOVERED , UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN FOR 40-50 MINS.
