Ingredients For *** mom's lemon spagetti ***

salt

1 lbspaghetti

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
juice & zest from 2 lemons
-
3/4 cheavy cream
-
1 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated
-
handfullparsley, chopped
-
12basil leaves, chopped
How To Make *** mom's lemon spagetti ***

1Cook spaghetti, 5 minutes. Drain, reserving pasta water.

2In skillet, oil, garlic, pepper flakes, cook 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, 1 ladle full of pasta water, cream. Saute until bubbles. Add lemon zest & 1/2 of cheese, parsley, basil & salt to taste. Add pasta to sauce mixture, cook 5 minutes to warm. Serve with remaining cheese on top.
