Mmmmmm is for Mom! She's so funny! She always got things wrong. I was going to change her "Lazana" to "Lasagna" but I figured that's the way she wrote it, so that's the way I'm going to keep it. Sorry, this is another one of those recipes. Use your own judgement.

How To Make *** mom's lazana skillet ***

    Meat, onions (cook).

    Lazana noodles (break up).
  • 3
    Cook meat & onions when done, lazana noodles on top.

    Add 2 cans diced tomatoes.

    1 sauce.
  • 6
    Water.

    Cover & cook.

    Add basil.

    Racotta cheese - just dot on top don't stir.

    Add romano or other cheese on top (shred).
