Ellen's Notes:

This recipe is a variation of Dairyland Country Casserole from Recipelion.com. I made a few changes that suit me better, and I just know it's going to be so yummy! I will post a picture when I make it.

Directions

1
Cook noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2
In a large skillet, brown the beef; drain. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and green pepper. Salt to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
3
Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl.
4
Butter or spray a large casserole dish (9x13). Pour in half of the noodles. Add the cheese and sour cream mixture and cover with remaining noodles. Top with beef mixture.
5
Top casserole with Monterey jack cheese. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.
6
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 40 minutes or until bubbly and bread crumbs are browned.

Oh hon I have had a version of this but with no bread crumbs or green peppers and LOTS of green onions. I just love green onions and cream cheese together. This recipe is delicious. Can't wait for you to make it and try it. I know you'll love it. It's hard not to with those ingredients!
