| 8 oz | egg noodles |
| 1 1/2 lb | ground chuck |
| 2 c | tomato sauce |
| 2 tsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 c | onion, chopped fine |
| 3 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1 medium | green pepper, chopped |
| 8 oz | chive cream cheese |
| 1 c | cottage cheese, small curd |
| 1/2 c | sour cream |
| 1 c | monterey jack cheese |
| 2 c | bread crumbs |
| 3 Tbsp | butter, melted |

Directions
Cook noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.In a large skillet, brown the beef; drain. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and green pepper. Salt to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes.Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl.Butter or spray a large casserole dish (9x13). Pour in half of the noodles. Add the cheese and sour cream mixture and cover with remaining noodles. Top with beef mixture.Top casserole with Monterey jack cheese. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 40 minutes or until bubbly and bread crumbs are browned.

Oh hon I have had a version of this but with no bread crumbs or green peppers and LOTS of green onions. I just love green onions and cream cheese together. This recipe is delicious. Can't wait for you to make it and try it. I know you'll love it. It's hard not to with those ingredients!
