Years ago I was going to nursing school and on an incredibly tight budget. I learned many many ways to fix hamburger and make it interesting and good. My daughter would NOT eat anything from a box cause I had never used anything from a box so hamburger helped was a no no. Somehow she can tell if it is from a box, every single time. This is one of those recipes and the whole family likes it.
