This casserole has been a favorite in our family for a long time. It is easy to put together and a hit where ever I take it for gatherings.

Ingredients For mexican hamburger noodle casserole

  • 2#
    ground beef
  • bag of noodles
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 can
    cr of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cr of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 can
    rotel
  • 2 c
    shredded mexican cheese

How To Make mexican hamburger noodle casserole

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and drainSalt and pepper to taste Cook noodles until tender in boiling water( approx0 8 minutes drain Mix together all the soups corn and the rotel tomatoes. Add this mixture to the noodles then stir in the hamburger meat next add half the cheese and stir. Pour mixture in a 13 x 9 pan Sprinkle other half of cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven till bubbly.
