Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta

My friend and I just love this recipe and even though my husband is not a pasta lover, he does like this particular one because it has capers in it!

Stove Top

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 medium
red or green pepper, cut into strips
1
garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c
dry white wine
8 oz
raw small shrimp
1/4 clove
sliced ripe olives
1 pkg
linguine pasta
1 (7 oz) jar(s)
pesto with sun-dried tomatoes, slightly warmed
1/4 c
feta cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp
capers

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oil in large skillet. Add bell pepper and garlic; cook for 2 minutes.

Add wine and shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink. Stir in olives.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Toss with pesto in medium bowl.

Serve topped with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and capers.
