Ingredients For margherita pasta

  • 1/2 c
    butter with olive oil & sea salt
  • 1 box
    penne pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 4 md
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c
    basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make margherita pasta

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. Return to pan to keep warm.
  • 2
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat until sizzling. Add garlic & cook for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes & basil & cook 2 minutes.

    Add pasta & cheese & stir until combined.
