Macaroni And Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 c
onion, finely chopped
1.5 c
water
1
garlic clove, minced
1/4 c
green bell pepper, diced
2 lb
canned tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 c
tomato juice
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper
1/2 tsp
oregano
2 c
macaroni, dry

Step-By-Step

1Brown the meat, onion, green pepper, garlic and drain.
2Combine tomatoes, juice and the drained meat mixture.
3Stir in the seasonings.
4Mix well and place in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
5Stir in uncooked macaroni and cook 2 to 3 hours more.
