Family favorite, Mac N Cheese either baked or creamy right off the stove, grand-kids favorite comfort food.

Ingredients

MACARONI AND CHEESE

3 c
cooked macaroni drained
1 1/2 c
velveta cheese ( more if desired)
1 C
shredded cheddar cheese
1 C
milk
2 Tbs
butter
(optional) saltine crackers (1) sleeve crushed

Step-By-Step

1Cook Macaroni, Drain, add 2 Tbs butter and toss well. Set aside
In Large Sauce Pan, add Cheese and milk all together, over Med Heat, just to melt cheese.
2Add Cooked Macaroni, toss well to creamy texture.
If needed add more Velveta Cheese, and Milk to Desired Consistency of Creamyness.
3(OPTIONAL STEP)
crumble saltine crackers over top and drizzle butter over top. Place in oven on 350 til bubbly and golden brown crust.
