Ingredients For linguini with tomatoes, spinach, and white beans

  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    bottled minced garlic
  • 2 can
    diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained (14 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 can
    cannellini beans or other white beans, drained (15 ounce)
  • 1 pkg
    frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drain, and squeeze dry (yes i 10 ounce)
  • 3/4 lb
    hot cooked linguine
  • 6 Tbsp
    romano cheese, grated

How To Make linguini with tomatoes, spinach, and white beans

  • 1
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add tomatoes, beans, and spinach; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
