Lil' Pot Lasagna
- 1 1/2 c
- spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb
- lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 sheet(s)
- barilla oven-ready lasagne noodles
- 8 oz
- cottage cheese (or ricotta, if preferred)
- 1 c
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- *optional* diced onion, diced tomato, sliced mushrooms, sliced mozzarella
Brown ground beef in enough water to cover bottom of pan; drain well. Season as desired. Add in sauce and any optional items you'd like such as diced onion, diced tomatoes or mushrooms. Stir well.
Break last lasagne sheet in half, place on top of cottage cheese in each dish.
Divide the shredded mozzarella between each dish. Cover with foil and place on a baking sheet in oven.
