Ingredients

16 oz
andouille sausage (i use savoie's)
2 lb
shrimp (peeled)
3
celery stalks, chopped
3
onions, chopped
1
green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp
garlic, chopped
2 stick
butter
tony's seasoning to taste
1/3 c
flour
1 small
bunch of green onions, chopped
1 lb
velveeta (cubed)
1 pt
half and half
1 lb
angel hair pasta, cooked
8 oz
grated cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cook sausage and shrimp. Set aside
2In large pot, saute' celery, white onion, bell pepper and garlic slowly in butter; add Tony's for seasoning.
3Stir in flour and add green onions
4Add Velveeta, half & half, sausage and shrimp. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
5Cook angel hair pasta as directed on package and drain. Add pasta to pot of mixture and stir together.
6Now place in large casserole dish or two casserole dishes and top with greated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
