Gayle Seidelman Recipe

Jane's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

By Gayle Seidelman rodeomum

This is my mother in law's recipe. She's from KY where Mac and Cheese is considered a staple on the kitchen table. It's custard style so that when cooled can be cut into squares. It's hers and now my most requested dish for potlucks. So easy with only 4 ingredients. Hope you enjoy it!

Question, why would someone give my recipe a 1 rating, causing it to go from 5 stars to 4, without even trying to make it? This is a wonderful recipe and one that my m-i-l is known for. It's her most requested dish! :(

Aww, thank you Elsie. I was just a lil put back by that. I would NEVER give someone's recipe a 1 star rating...even if it was really 1 star. LOL I just thought that was being a little mean.
