Jamie's Favorite Skillet Mac n Cheese

- milk (or half & half)
- 8 oz
- pasta of choice
- 16 oz
- sharp cheddar cheese (do not use shredded bagged kind)
1Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in the salt and flour and cook for 1 minute.
2Add the milk (or half & half if you prefer) and pasta. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Cover, and reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
3Add the cheese a bit at a time stirring well after each addition until melted. Serve immediately.
