Italian Style Turkey Goulash

This is a traditional goulash recipe with a little twist of Italian!

2 c
elbow macaroni
1 lb
ground turkey
1 c
green bell pepper, chopped
1 c
onion, chopped
1 10.75 oz can(s)
tomato soup
1 14.5 oz can(s)
diced italian-style tomatoes, drained
1 6 oz. can(s)
tomato paste
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/4 tsp
black pepper


1Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente and drain; set aside.
2In the same pot, cook ground turkey, green pepper and onion; cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
3Add garlic powder, dried oregano, black pepper, tomato soup, tomato paste and diced tomatoes; stir in macaroni.
4Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
