In a large pot brown hamburger with diced onion, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, garlic and a dash of cayenne. Cook until veggies are slightly tender and add sauce. Cook until veggies are tender. Mix with noodles and 3/4 cheese and pour into casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake till cheese is golden brown or casserole is bubbly and then put on broil to make the cheese golden brown.
Cool slightly and serve with parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
