My aunt brought this recipe home from Vermont one year and everyone had to have it...great for potlucks and cold winter nights.

Ingredients For inside outside ravioli

1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned

2eggs, beaten

1/4 ccooking oil
-
10 oz canspinach, reserve liquid

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 clovegarlic
-
1 Tbspsalad oil
-
1 lb canspaghetti sauce
-
8 oz cantomato sauce, italian seasoned

6 oz cantomato paste, italian
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dashpepper
-
reservedspinach liquid
-
7 ozfavorite macaroni/pasta

1 canshredded cheese
How To Make inside outside ravioli

1Combine bread crumbs, eggs, and oil. Spread over bottom of pan and cover with drained spinach.

2Brown ground beef, drain fat, and add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spinach juice, and spices. Simmer together for 10 minutes. (Use a very large skillet!)

3Cook macaroni per box instructions and drain.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate meat mixture and cooked macaroni over spinach. Cover with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
