1Add flour to large bowl make a indention in the flour. In another bowl beat the eggs. Add salt and eggs to flour mix well until it is in ball.
2Roll out on a flour surface. Take the edge of the dough roll it up like jelly roll. then cut in wide as you want your noodle. Undo the dough and let dry.
3Have a pot of boiling chicken broth and chicken. Cook noodle until tender. Serve
