Healthy creamy turkey stroganoff

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can(s) reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 c lite sour cream
1/2 lb no-yolk egg noodles

Cook noodles as directed, drain. Keep warm
In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook ground turkey and onion until turkey is browne, breaking up the turkey as you cook.
Stir in garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 3 mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered for 10 mins.
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream.
Serve mix over hot noodles.

mmm looks good but will need to substitute the canned soup, unless I find some sodium free. we'll figure something out tho :)
