hamburger noodle corn casserole

My mom made this casserole in our house a lot when my brother and I were growing up. It's a family favorite that never disappoints. It was one of the first recipes I asked my mom for when I moved out of the house.

Ingredients For hamburger noodle corn casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 c
    noodles, cooked
  • 15oz can
    corn

How To Make hamburger noodle corn casserole

  • 1
    Lightly brown beef and onion together. Add soups, sour cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add in noodles and corn; combine. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
