Grilled Salmon W/ Key Lime Butter

|salt & pepper, to taste|
|3 Tbsp||key lime juice|
|1 stick||butter, unsalted|
|pasta or rice|
Prepare grill or grill pan by lightly oiling grill grate over medium high heat.
In a small saucepan, melt butter; add juice.
Salt & pepper the salmon fillets modestly on both sides. Place fillets onto grill, brush 1/2 of lime butter over salmon. Grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side for medium rare.
Serve over pasta or rice & drizzle remaining lime butter over salmon before serving.
