Ingredients

12 oz
large elbow macaroni
8-16 oz
ground beef 93/7 (i use 1/2 lb)
1/2 medium
onion-minced
3 Tbsp
green pepper-minced
1 clove
garlic (large) minced
1 large
can plum tomatoes - 29 oz
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp
black pepper-fresh ground
1 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
celery seed
1
beef bouillon cube

Step-By-Step

1Cook large macaroni in boiling salted water for 1 minute under package directions.

While pasta is cooking, mince onion, bell pepper and garlic.

Drain macaroni and set aside.

2Heat the pasta pot over medium high heat, add ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Cook-stirring 4-5 minutes till meat is cooked through and onions are translucent.

Remove any fat that accumulated.

3Stir in the red pepper flakes, tomatoes, black pepper, salt, celery seed, bouillion and macaroni.

Cook over medium high heat for 1 minute stirring constantly.

Serve.
