small shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Put on a large pot of water and allow it to boil. Add penne pasta to boiling water, let cook until tender.
Give shrimp a quick rinse then add them to a pan. Add the stick of butter and allow to melt and then add minced garlic and scallions. Sprinkle in paprika and garlic salt.
While the shrimp, spices and butter are cooking, add in a cup of milk and a few tablespoons of Parmesan. Turn down heat and let it thicken.
Add shrimp mixture into cooked pasta and toss gently. Add more Parmesan cheeses and fresh scallions (your preference) and enjoy! (spinach salad pictured is optional)
