Ingredients

3 lb
tomatoes
2
garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 tsp
dried parsley
1 tsp
dried basil
3/4 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
sugar
5/8 tsp
pepper
1/4 c
whipping cream
1 lb
penne, cooked and drained
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, grated

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan, bring water to a boil; dip tomatoes in water.

2Peel skins and discard.

3Chop pulp; set aside.

4In a skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil.

5Add tomato pulp, parsley ,basil, oregano, salt, sugar and pepper; mix well.

6Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

7Add cream.

8Heat through.

9Pour over hot pasta and toss to coat.

10Sprinkle with cheese.
