Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups leftover cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 - 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

How To Make four cheese turkey mac & cheese

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse & drain.
  • Step 3
    Combine cooked pasta & turkey in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard, worcestershire sauce & pepper. Gradually stir cheeses into milk mixture. Stir milk mixture into pasta.
  • Step 4
    Spoon pasta mixture into well sprayed 3 qt casserole dish. Combine melted butter & garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir in bread crumbs until evenly coated. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top of pasta.
  • Step 5
    Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until pasta mixture is heated through & cheese is melted.
