Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups leftover cooked turkey, chopped
- 1 - 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make four cheese turkey mac & cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse & drain.

Step 3Combine cooked pasta & turkey in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard, worcestershire sauce & pepper. Gradually stir cheeses into milk mixture. Stir milk mixture into pasta.

Step 4Spoon pasta mixture into well sprayed 3 qt casserole dish. Combine melted butter & garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir in bread crumbs until evenly coated. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top of pasta.

Step 5Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until pasta mixture is heated through & cheese is melted.
