Ingredients

1 large
container of ricotta cheese
1/2
onion chopped
2
eggs
1 large
ball of mozerella cheese, grated
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg
frozen spinach drained well

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together. Reserve enough mozzarella to cover dish with.
2Use for layering with lasagna noodles and sauce or filling pasta shells and cover with sauce and grated mozzarella cheese
