This is SOOO good as a dipping sauce for bread as well as a general pasta sauce.

1 stick

unsalted butter
1 c

heavy cream
1/2 c

parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp

white pepper
1/2 tsp

garlic powder
1/4 c

mozzarella cheese

How To Make fab alfredo sauce

Melt butter in heavy saucepan

Add everything except the mozzarella

Cook until thick stirring constantly

Add mozzarella and cook until mozzarella is completely melted
