This recipe is especially for those of us who do not care for mushrooms. Until now, I always thought beef stroganoff REQUIRED mushrooms. Not so. And I am happy about that because in the past I've always turned it down.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground chuck
1 jar(s)
(12 oz.) heinz homestyle savory beef gravy
1/2 c
sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
4-6 c
cooked egg noodles

Step-By-Step

1In a medium skillet over medium high heat, cook ground chuck until browned; drain.

2Combine cooked beef, gravy and seasonings in the same skillet. Simmer three minutes, stiring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.

3Serve immediately over noodles.
