Eggs and Bacon Spaghetti

- rotini pasta
- 12 oz
- center cut bacon
- 2 large
1Boil pasta according to directions on package. Drain when done.
2While the pasta is boiling, slice up the bacon in 1 inch pieces. Make sure to use center cut bacon, as it has less fat. If you use regular bacon you have to drain about 1/2 of the grease before proceeding with the next step.
3Combine pasta, bacon and grease in the pasta pot. Keep on low to low-medium heat.
4Add eggs to pot and stir. Continue stirring until eggs set. Make sure to not overcook the eggs, as it will dry out the dish.
