Ingredients For decadent lobster mac & cheese

  • 1 lb box
    macaroni, elbow
  • 32 oz
    mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz
    parmesan cheese, fresh, shredded
  • 1 lb
    velveeta (processed cheese), melted
  • 2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    tarragon, dried
  • 1 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1 - 2 lg
    lobsters, cooked & cooled, cut into big chunks
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    panko bread crumbs, toasted

How To Make decadent lobster mac & cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Boil macaroni until tender; drain.

    In a large bowl, mix 1/2 of the mild cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, velveeta, butter, pepper, tarragon & old bay. Add hot macaroni; mix to combine. Fold in lobster chunks. Place in an extra large greased casserole dish. Add milk until completely covered.

    Top macaroni with remaining mild cheddar & panko. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
