Ingredients For crock pot beef stroganoff

  • 2 lb
    fillet mignon, cut into 1" cubes (or beef stew meat)
  • 10 oz
    mushrooms, fresh, halved
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles, no-yolk variety, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley

How To Make crock pot beef stroganoff

    Place meat, mushrooms, onions & garlic in crock pot. Add broth, paprika & salt. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 7 - 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).

    Mix sour cream, flour & mustard. Stir into ingredients in crock pot until well blended. Cook, covered, on LOW 15 min. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package.

    Drain noodles; place in large serving bowl. Add meat mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.
