2 lbfillet mignon, cut into 1" cubes (or beef stew meat)

10 ozmushrooms, fresh, halved

1 lgonion, chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 cbeef broth, reduced sodium

2 tsppaprika
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 csour cream
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 pkgegg noodles, no-yolk variety, uncooked

2 Tbspparsley
How To Make crock pot beef stroganoff

1Place meat, mushrooms, onions & garlic in crock pot. Add broth, paprika & salt. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 7 - 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).

2Mix sour cream, flour & mustard. Stir into ingredients in crock pot until well blended. Cook, covered, on LOW 15 min. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package.

3Drain noodles; place in large serving bowl. Add meat mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.
