1Boil Water &remove from skillet and set aside. Cook Noodles according to package.
2Heat skillet with 1 TBSP of oil. Prepare Fillets with Garlic, Pepper, Parsley, Cilantro, lemon juice and orange zest and a squeeze of orange juice. Place in skillet and cook until fish is done. remove from skillet and set aside.
3Add about 1 TBSP of butter to skillet and add in onions, garlic and a touch(depending on your preference of how much of a kick you want)of red pepper. Saute for about 2 mins, leaving the onions with a slight crunchiness. Remove from skillet and set to side.
4Add about 3 TBSP of butter & 1 TBSP of Olive Oil to skillet. Once butter has melted add in Flour until blended. Next added in Milk and Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil to thicken. Add Garlic and Parsley for flavor. Also Add salt and pepper.
5Once your sauce has thickened mix in the onions and pour over noodles. Chop up the Tilapia and add to the Noodle mixture. Cook for 1-2 mins and serve.
