Ingredients

6 oz
whole wheat penne pasta
3/4 c
pumpkin puree
3/4 c
lower-sodium chicken broth
1/4 c
fat-free milk
1 tsp
butter
1/4 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
each, salt & pepper
1 pinch
ground cloves
1 pinch
ground nutmeg
1 pinch
cinnamon
1 pinch
ground ginger
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese.

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg skillet, over low heat, heat pumpkin puree, broth, milk, butter, onion powder, salt and pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
2Cook, stirring, until heated through. Stir in pasta. Toss w/ parmesan cheese.
