Ingredients For creamy onion mushroom egg noodles

1 pkgegg noodles, no-yolk variety
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 lgonion, diced
-
1 - 8 oz pkgbaby portobello mushrooms, sliced

2 cancream of mushroom soup, fat-free
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1/2 tsppepper
- OPTIONAL:

meatballs, cooked
How To Make creamy onion mushroom egg noodles

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta & cook according to package directions or until al dente; drain.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan; add onion; cook 5 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Add soups; stir to combine.

3When noodles are done immediately add to onion/mushroom/soup mixture & add garlic salt & pepper over medium heat, stirring to coat all noodles; cook, 5 minutes or until heated through.

4If desired, add some cooked meatballs & stir.
