Ingredients For crab n' penne casserole

  • 1 1/2 c
    penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1 - 15 oz. jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    crabmeat, fresh or immitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1 md
    yellow summer squash, sliced
  • 1 md
    zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, dried
  • 1/8 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    butter, melted

How To Make crab n' penne casserole

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, crab, yellow squash, zucchini, parsley & pepper flakes. Drain pasta; add to sauce mixture & toss to coat.

    Transfer to a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover & bake at 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes or until heated through.

    Toss bread crumbs & butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 5 - 6 minutes longer or until browned.
